EMPLOYMENT BASED
Ramia Law provides non-immigrant employment based visa options for corporate clients, investors, students and professionals. We specialize in H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, P-1 and E-1/2 visas, among others. We additionally file PERM/Labor Certifications and immigrant visa petitions in EB1, EB2, and EB3 cases.
FAMILY BASED
Ramia Law assists with family based immigrant visa and adjustment of status application services. We offer legal services for marriage based and other immediate relative petitions, sibling petitions, K-1 and K-3 visas, in addition to consular processing services.
NATURALIZATION
Ramia Law assists individuals and families with citizenship applications submitted to the Dept. of Homeland Security and derivative applications filed with the U.S. consulates and embassies abroad.
EB-5, IMMIGRANT INVESTOR
Ramia Law offers immigration services for EB-5 eligible immigrant investors. Our attorneys are experienced with both direct investment and regional center based petitions and will prepare both I-526 and I-829 filings with USCIS.
